Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

For Liquidation Items:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged as a result of shipping process. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.

For Our Brand New Items:

We offer a 7-day return policy for our line of products. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are in like-new condition and returned in the original undamaged packaging. Products showing signs of use, such as scratches, stains, damages, or modifications, and those without the original packaging, cannot be returned or exchanged. Free exchange is available once for stock products with proof of purchase. Differences in product prices will be refunded or invoiced. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be charged separately or the customer will be responsible for returning the item to our store. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method.
